Given the recent video trailers of Motorstorm:Pacific Rift, showing racers battling through dense forests full to the brim with lush vegetation you would expect to see a plethora of colour in-game.Well judging from these newly released screens we guessed wrong, whilst the vehicles look graphically fantastic, the rather bland and mono-tonal backgrounds leave little to the imagination. The empty and baron backgrounds of Motorstorm complemented the game immensely, however the below screens don't seem to fit in with the pacific island theme of the game.
