Infinity Ward studio head Vince Zampella has revealed that Call of Duty 4 has surpassed the 10 million sales mark.This makes Call of Duty 4 one of less than 10 games to ever reach the milestone figure since the year 2000 (GTA takes up three of thee spots). It was also earlier announced that the variety map pack has been downloaded 1.5 million times.
Speaking to Cnet, Zampella acknowledges that COD 4 has set the bar extremely high for Infinity Ward, and it's hard to imagine the studio being able to come right back with another 10 million seller.
